  • Nightly Rate: $800 per night

  • 3-Night Rate: $2100 total (save $300!)

  • Weekly Rate: $3,500 total (save $2100)

Additional Fees

  • Cleaning Fee: $300 flat rate (per stay)

  • Local Bed Tax: 5% (applied to total rental amount)

Deposits

  • For Stays Less Than a Week:

    • Reservation Deposit: None required

    • Security / Damage Deposit: $300*

  • For Weekly Stays or Longer:

    • Reservation Deposit: $1,000*

    • Security / Damage Deposit: $500*

    • Total Cost for Weekly Rental: $3,975 (includes the weekly rate, bed tax, and cleaning fee - note: The total includes all fees except the refundable security / damage deposit)

*Security / damage deposits are fully refundable. Reservation deposits are applied towards the total balance and non-refundable if cancelled within 14 days of arrival.

Reservation Details

  • The property features 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a maximum occupancy of 11 guests.

  • Reservation deposit due upon booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before arrival.

  • Check-in time is at 3 p.m. or later, and check-out time is by 10 a.m. or earlier.

  • Well-behaved, housebroken, small pets OK. Additional, refundable pet deposit is $100. Guests are required to pick up pet litter.
